This isn't your basic Background Check 101 session. Checkr will open with a brief intro to our company and the industry and then spend most of the session walking through real life screening scenarios that actual customers have had to review and adjudicate. We will then explore the Checkr Positive Adjudication Matrix (PAM) that allows ministries to standardize adjudication criteria to ensure fast and consistent decision-making across the organization. This will be an interactive session and participants of all levels of familiarity with background checks are encouraged to attend.
